ELFS UPDATE Explosive Lifting for Sports Undergoes Another Update!
Human Kinetics, the publisher of the popular Explosive Lifting for Sports, has again updated this text. You’ll remember that in 2006 HK teamed with Dartfish to include a free Dartfish content disc that showed my video analysis of snatch and clean-and-jerk, both in regular speed and frame-by-frame stop action. The disc was included inside the book’s cover flap.
| Times change and technology marches on. Turns out the disc was compatible only with Windows XP, but ELFS customers using Vista or 7 on their computers had to use a work-around to successfully view the content.
Dartfish, HK, and I have recently teamed up to provide the same content information free on my Dartfish.tv channel (www.dartfish.tv/newtonsports). So, new customers buying Explosive Lifting are now directed to this channel where they can review and download 16 clips to their computer at no cost. While on my channel, it’s easy to access the other collections included there. |
