Harvey Newton and Doug Lane will conduct a Performance Keys workshop at CrossFit Decatur (GA) on August 14, 2010. Owner Eric Willis (www.CrossfitDecatur.com) says, ““I’m certain that selling out this event will be no problem, looking forward to working with you guys!”

Tentatively, another Performance Keys workshop will be held at Eglin AFB in September. The host facility is Lightning CrossFit (www.LightningCrossfit.com) with local host, Joel Bretz.
